本文结合国产３０００ｔ纺粘法生产线的设计和研制，介绍了纺粘法非织造布用纺丝机的设计及要求。在这一设计中纺丝组件采用了目前最先进的技术，纺丝头由一室改为三室，分配和过滤均由一次改为二次等等。纺丝机经使用效果良好。

According to the design and the development of the 3000t/y spunbonds line made in China,the paper introduces the design and the requirements of the spinning machine for spunbond process.In this design,the most advanced techniques are adopted in its spinning pack,its spinning head are changed from one cabinet to three cabinets,both its distribution and filtration changed from once to twice and all that.After this spinning machine was runned,its results were good.
