摘要
在油田注水作业中,注水站里的大通径总阀门通常采用普通针式截止阀,这种阀门在使用一段时间之后,会因为阀门结垢、盘根密封性能差、自身结构不合理等原因,出现阀杆密封泄漏、开关截止失效等问题,影响油田的正常注水作业。为解决这些问题,研制了角式迷宫截止阀,它采用复合盘根对阀杆密封,内部阀心采用迷宫结构,手轮采用撞击手轮,有效地降低了水击现象对阀门和注水设备的破坏,并保证开关截止有效,延长了阀门的使用寿命。
In oilfield water injection operation, common needle block valve is commonly used in water injection station as major diameter master valve. Because of poor water quality and somewhat constructive problem, the leakage of the valve stem sealing system and inefficiency switch often occur. To solve these problems and maintain water injection process, angle labyrinth block valve is developed. For this new type valve, compound packing seat is used for valve stem sealing system, labyrinth structure is utilized as inner valve core, impact hand wheel is also used to reduce the damage of water hammer to valve and water injection equipment. Apart from this, the new structure can ensure the valve open and close efficiently, thus prolonging valve's working life and increasing economic benefit.
