摘要
本实验通过在体外培养的人滑膜细胞中加入不同浓度的组织胺的方法，观察到滑膜细胞分泌的透明质酸与培养液中的组织胺浓度呈正相关。从生化水平上探讨和揭示了炎性状态下透明质酸升高的机理，为用透明质酸作为关节炎诊断和治疗的指标提供了理论上的基础。
To cast more light on the pathological biochemistry of human synovial cells, human synovial cells were purified in vitro, and then cultured in media including different concentration histamine. Assay the concentration of hyaluronic acid (HA) in the media every certain time by Radioimmunoassay (RIA). Hyaluronic acid secreted from human synovial cells increases and corresponds with the concentration of histamine. This study provides a theoretical basis, on which HA might be regarded as a available marker to guide the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis.
