摘要
基于氯化血红素（Ｈｅｍｉｎ）对鲁米诺－过氧化氢化学发光反应的高催化活性，建立了测定Ｈｅｍｉｎ的高灵敏的流动注射化学发光新方法。Ｈｅｍｉｎ的检出限为２．５×１０－１０ｇ／ｍｌ，线性范围为２．０×１０－９～４．０×１０－７ｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数为０．９９９１。本法干扰小，灵敏度高，为进一步建立以Ｈｅｍｉｎ为标记物的发光免疫分析打下了基础。
Based on the high activity of hemin to the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol and hydrogen peroxide, the sensitive method of determination of peroxidase-like hemin is developed by flow injection chemiluminescence analysis. The detection limit for hemin is 2.5×10 10 g/ml. The linear range is 2.0×10 -9 ～4.0×10 -7 g/ml. The method can be applied to chemiluminescence immunoassay considered hemin as label.
