产品认证管理中,进度和费用是最重要的两个评价指标。但目前,还没有一个很好的方法来全面反映产品认证过程中的进度和费用是否符合预定的计划目标。本文引用项目管理中的挣值法来判断和反映这两个指标参数,能很好的确定认证项目在进度和费用上是否符合预定计划。

Process and expense are the two most important evaluation indexes in product certification management. However. there＇s no ideal method can properly reflect the conformation between process and expense of product certification management and planned objectives until now. By citing earned value method from project management to tell and reflect these two indexes, the conformation between process and expense of certification project and planned objectives can be well evaluated.
