The dialectal version of Tom ＆ Jerry is widely accepted because of its locanazition, closeness to life and the masses. By starting with an analysis of the status quo of Chinese cartoon industry, this paper explores the way for developing cartoon industry in the future, which is to actively dig subject matters, make good use of the advantage of talents, and make proper use of the advantages in policies, to renovate ideas so as to form an overall cartoon industry chain.
