On Doing Mental and Political Work in Constructing Enterprise Culture

企业文化建设是创新思想政治工作的重要载体,它们相互作用、相互影响。思想政治工作对企业文化建设起着保障作用,企业文化建设反过来对思想政治工作起推进作用。在企业文化建设中做好思想政治工作应从四个方面入手:1、注重企业文化的培育;2、注重文化强企的落实;3、注重管理方法的创新;4、注重典型榜样的树立。

Constructing enterprise culture is an important carrier for innovating mental and political work. They interact and influence mutually. Mental and political work ensures enterprise culture construction, and the latter promotes the former. In order to do mental and political work well in constructing enterprise culture, the author advocates four ＂stresses＂ including cultivating enterprise culture, implementing enterprise development by culture, innovating management methods and setting up typical examples.
