浅谈油田社区基层党组织执行力提高的途径

On Approaches to Improving Executive Capability of Primary Party Organizations of Oilfield Community

社区基层党组织肩负着在社区贯彻落实党的路线、方针、政策及上级组织工作的重任。由于多方面的因素造成少数基层党组织执行力不强,表现在党性观念淡化、自信心不足、创新意识不强、示范作用发挥不够等方面。加强基层党组织建设要从增强党性观念、发挥先锋模范作用、树立在群众中的威信、处理好与同级行政组织的关系等四个方面努力提高执行能力。

Primary community Party organizations shoulder the responsibility of implementing the Party＇s line, guiding principle, policy as well as the work of the higher level. Factors in many ways result in weak executive capability of minority primary community Party organizations, which display weak Party spirit conception, lack of self-confidence, feeble innovation awareness and inefficient model role. The author advocates strengthening primary Party organization construction in the following four respects including enhancing Party spirit conception, bringing pioneers and models into full play, building up the prestige in the public and handling the relations with the same level.
