Establishing Class Adviser's Prestige in the Aspects of Components Influenced by Non-power

威信是班主任管理好班级的重要条件和保证。班主任仅靠职位赋予的权力影响力来提高威信是不够的,必须通过培养和塑造非权力影响力来树立自己的威信。在具体工作实践中,班主任要加强品格修养,用高尚的品格形象感召学生;要加强能力锻炼,用自身的素质吸引学生;要提高知识素养,用丰富的知识阅历引领学生;要加强情商培养,用纯正的师生情感凝聚学生。

Prestige is a guarantee for class advisers to do the job of class management. Class advisers cannot enhance their prestige only through the power entrusted by posts. They must try to establish their prestige by developing and building influence by non-power. In practice, they must strengthen their moral character to impel students, enhance their ability to attract them, increase their knowledge to instruct them and heighten their EQ to stick them.
