摘要
新员工培训是专门为新员工设计并实施的培训形式,在塑造企业的合格员工、传承企业文化、建设高绩团队、赢得企业的持续竞争优势等方面发挥重要的作用。新员工培训方案必须体现"以人为本"的理念,有科学完善的新员工培训计划。在进行培训方案设计时,要从培训目标、培训原则、培训对象、培训时间、培训责任部门、培训内容、培训方式、培训支持资源、和培训效果评估等方面入手。
New employee training is a training form especially designed and implemented for new employees and plays an important role in building qualified employees, establishing team with best achievements and keeping sustainable competitive advantages,etc. The program must embody the idea of "human-oriented" and have scientific and perfect training plans. In designing training program, the author advocates starting with the following aspects including training objectives, training principles, training objects, training time, training responsible sectors, training content, training methods, training support resources and training evaluation.
