摘要
国有及国有控股企业工会在构建和谐劳动关系中,应以《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》等相关法律为依据,在准确把握和谐劳动关系、完善劳动关系、协调机制、围绕发展这个第一要务、维护好企业稳定等方面起到积极的作用。
Establishing harmonious labor relations of SOE and enterprises of which the state holds a controlling number of the shares should base on such related laws as Labor Law and Labor Contract Law and plays an initiative role in such aspects as exactly grasping harmonious labor relations, perfecting labor relations, coordinating the implement system, focusing on the most important task, development and upholding enterprise stability.
