摘要
注重人本管理,以人为本,是驾驭企业一切管理活动所必须遵循的首要规则,在以执行刚性制度为基石的基础上,加强情感、智力投资,更多地注入柔性举措,注重对员工人格尊严、利益需要、主体地位等的尊重,乃企业人管理者首要选择。
Stressing human-centered management is the first important regulation that must be followed to cope with all management activities. The author puts forth that, on the basis of implementing rigid system, enterprise administrators firstly choose to strengthen emotional and intellectual investments, pay more attention to flexible measures and place emphasis on the staff's demands for dignity, interests, main body position, etc.
