摘要
企业生存和发展的关键是人才。掌握知识和技术资本的知识技术型人才日益成为企业提升竞争力的宝贵资源。在人才流动日益频繁的今天,如何降低知识技术型人才流失给企业带来的损失是企业人力资源管理中的一大难题。文章分析了知识技术型人才的特点、流失原因以及人才流失给企业带来的负面影响,提出了有效防范与控制知识技术型人才流失的具体措施。
Talents are the key of enterprise survival and development. Knowledge and technology talents are increasingly becoming the valuable resources for enterprises to improve their competitiveness. In today's increasingly frequent flow of personnel,it is a difficult problem for the human resources management of enterprises to reduce the loss of the drain of knowledge and technology talents. This paper, having analyzed the characteristics and the drain causes of knowledge and technology oriented talents and the negative effects on enterprises, presents concrete measures to prevent and control the drain of knowledge and technology talents effectively.
