一线队伍建设既要思想引导,又要利益驱动,要有完善的制度并坚决贯彻执行。只有引入激励机制,才能充分调动职工的积极性和创造性,使队伍充满活力,保障各项生产任务的顺利完,实现企业经营目标。
The grass-roots rank construction requires not only ideological guidance but also interest drive. It also requires perfect system as well as its firm implementation. Only the introduction of stimulating mechanism can bring the staffs initiative and creativity into full play and make the rank be brimming with vitality, thus assuring to finish every production task smoothly and realizing enterprise managing targets.
