行政监察在企业管理和企业监督中具有十分重要的地位。建立一个高效、廉洁、公正的行政执法系统,对保证国家法律法规和政策的贯彻落实,促进企业和政府机关勤政、廉政具有重要意义。行政监察作为一种内部监督机制,是企业系统内的廉洁自律行为,是任何外部监督形式无法替代的,它有效地扼制腐败现象的滋生和蔓延,保持队伍的稳定,促进经济的快速发展。

Administrative Supervision plays a very important role in enterprise management and supervision. Establishing a high-efficiency, incorruptible and impartial administrative system is important to assuring to implement state laws, regulations and policy and to urge enterprise and government bodies to keep government functionaries honest and industrious. As an internal supervision mechanism, administrative supervision is the deed of being honest and self-disciplined in enterprise system and cannot be replaced by any external supervision form. It effectively restrains the provocation and spread of corruption, maintain the stability of ranks and promote the rapid development of economy.
