Prevention of crimes and construction of a harmonious society-Summary of the founding of Criminology Seminar and the first Theory Symposium of Law Society of Liaoning Province

犯罪学在国际上经历了长期的发展历程,但是在我国还是一个新兴学科。在经济急剧转轨、社会急速转型的新的历史时期,重大刑事犯罪增多,并有进一步严重化的趋势,各种刑事犯罪活动成为社会稳定的消极因素和破坏力量。加强犯罪学理论研究,特别是研究新形势下各种犯罪的新特点、新趋势,可以为更有效地治理各种犯罪活动提供科学依据,为改革开放和社会的和谐稳定做出贡献。本次会议的主题是犯罪防治与和谐社会构建,围绕这一主题与会者对黑恶势力犯罪、凶杀和暴力犯罪、商业贿赂犯罪、未成年人犯罪、职务犯罪等多个问题领域进行了探讨。会议收到的论文集中反映了我省犯罪学领域研究的新成果,体现了我省犯罪学理论和司法实践的新成就。

Criminology has experienced a long course of development in the international community,but it is still a new course in China.During the new historical period of sharp transition in the economy,rapid restructuring of the society,major crimes are increased and with the trend of further serious.All sorts of criminal activities have been negative factors and destructive force in social stability.Strengthening criminal theory study,in particular,study of the new characteristics and the new trend of various kinds of crimes under the new situation,can provide a scientific basis to more effectively deal with all kinds of criminal activities,have contribution for the reform,opening up and social harmony and stability.The theme of the conference is the prevention of crimes and the construction of a harmonious society. On this theme,dark and evil force crimes, homicide and violent crimes,commercial bribery,juvenile delinquency,job-related crimes and many other problems were discussed.Papers before the meeting focused on the new study results of the field of criminology in Liaoning,and reflected the new achievements of the theories of criminology and judicial practice in Liaoning.
