摘要
"和谐司法"的提出,对法官的审判能力、审判艺术的要求日显突出,本文从审判艺术的内涵、审判艺术的体现和提高等方面入手,围绕审判艺术问题进行了初步的探讨。
The＂harmonious justice＂made the request on the trial ability and the trial arts of the judges become more obvious. The paper,from the connotation of the trial arts,the embodiment and the improvement of the trial arts,made a preliminary discussion on the trial arts.
