Aim at domestic violence on juvenile and countermeasures

未成年人遭受家庭暴力的情形相当普遍,受暴经历对未成年人在心理、自我认同及行为方式上会产生一定负面影响。父母即使出于教育目的使用暴力,未成年人仍将产生消极情绪,难以关注父母行为真正想传递的正面信息。社会公权力应该更积极地为未成年人免受家庭暴力伤害提供切实可行的救济和帮助,改善未成年人生活环境,构筑家庭、学校、社区等多层次良性互动机制,从生理、心理、认知和行为习惯方面引导和培养未成年人,以保障其身心健康成长。

It is quite common that the minors are victims of family violence cases.The experience will have some negative impact on the minors in psychology,self-identification and behavior.Even if parents use violence for educational purposes,minors will still have a negative sentiment.It is difficult to concern the positive message that the parents really want to convey.A public authority should be more active to provide practical relief and help to protect the minors from domestic violence,to improve the living environment for minors,to build multi-levels of benign interaction mechanisms including families,schools and communities,to guide and train minors from physiology, psychology,recognition knowledge and behavior habits in order to protect their physical and mental health development.
