Comparative Advantage and the Optimization of Chinese Service Trade Structure

中国服务贸易快速发展的同时,服务贸易进出口结构却不尽合理,这种过分依赖自然禀赋等劳动密集型服务业的出口将不利于中国服务贸易可持续发展。本文从比较优势的角度探讨了中国服务贸易结构优化的问题,指出高等要素培育是改变当前以劳动密集型为主的服务贸易结构的重要方面,同时认为政府在中国服务贸易结构优化方面应通过产业政策等起到积极作用。

With the rapid development of Chinese service trade, the import and export structure of service trade is becoming imperfect. The structure that relies too much on the nature endowment, such as the export of labor- intensive service, will become unfavorable to the sustainable development of Chinese service trade. The paper discusses the optimization of the service trade structure from the perspective of comparative advantage. The importance of cultivating high - grade endowment is pointed out, which would improve the current situation. Especially, it argues that the government should take an active function by adopting industry policy.
