摘要
融资租赁业务在国家历次宏观调控中均受到不同程度的影响,从影响机制上看,宏观调控是通过影响社会固定资产投资需求、紧缩银根、调升利率和影响承租企业经济效益来影响融资租赁业务的投放。针对上述作用途径,应注意相关对策的运用。
Each time of the macroscopic readjustment in China has different impact on financial leasing. To view from influence mechanism, the financial leasing is influenced by the fall of investment demand in fixed assets, the financial stringency, the rise of interest rate, and the drop of the work of lessee＇ s economic benefit during the process of macroscopic readjustment. So, more attention should be paid to the application of related countermeasures against above issues
