肖志军拒签致其妻死亡案再一次使医患关系成为社会公众关注的焦点问题。从我国目前各类医患纠纷大量存在的原因不难看出,虽然有医患双方信用缺失等道德层面的原因,但是,相关法律机制不完善则是影响医患关系在法律层面上的重要原因。因此,构建和谐的医患关系,惟有不断完善相关法律规范,建立科学的救济机制,健全社会保障体系和规范医疗监管措施。
