职业生涯规划无论对个人还是对组织都有重要意义。现代人已经不再把职业仅仅作为谋生的手段,而试图借助职业来实现自己美好的人生理想。因此,大学生的职业生涯规划尤为重要,如何引导大学生在大学阶段做出适合自己兴趣、性格、能力的职业生涯规划,避免大学生在求职择业中走弯路是现在大学职业教育的重点。通过对大学生职业生涯规划管理的问题及对策研究来帮助高校合理开展大学生职业生涯规划教育。

Career planning is of great significance both to individual and .organization. People living in the modem time have not only regarded the career as a tool of living, but also attempted to realize their own life ideal in virtue of career.Therefore, college students career planning is important in particular. The present professional education in college focuses on guiding students to make a career plan complying with their interests, personality, and capability. By studying the management and countermeasures of college students career planning, this paper aims at assisting colleges to develop the eclucation for college students career planning more rationally.
