摘要
基于经济分析的基本理论和方法,从环境、经济和社会和谐发展的要求实现区域环境经济指标体系的构建。新构建的区域环境经济指标体系由4个一级指标、13个二级指标构成,对指标、体系中的环境投资-损失指数、环境治理成本指数等环境经济指标进行了量化分析。区域环境经济指标体系的建立对于客观分析评价区域环境经济系统的状态、社会经济和自然环境协调发展、制定科学的区域发展规划和方针政策具有重要的意义。
Based on the theory of economics, the district environment economics indicator system is developed to realize the harmonious development of environment, economy and society in China. In this system, there are 4 indicators at the first level, and 13 indicators at the second level. In those indicators, the investment-loss index and environment-control-cost index are the important ones, they are analyzed quantitatively. The establishment of this system has a big meaning for evaluating district environment and economy operation and the harmonious development of social economy and nature environment, and for making plan and policy of district development. 6 tabs, 7 refs.
