摘要 研究目的:解决地下管线、箱涵处基坑围护结构的施工难题,保证围护结构的连续性,避免出现因基坑渗漏水而引起工程事故。研究方法:借鉴以往的工程经验,在研究工程所处地质条件和改进现有机械设备基础之上,精心研究施工方案并采取可靠的质量保证措施,通过实践检验,连体桩的设计与施工是成功,并提出新的研究方向以扩大其适用范围。研究结果:基坑开挖后,围护结构渗水只出现2处,基坑变形和管线的差异沉降控制在允许范围之内。研究结论:连体桩的施工工艺解决了地连墙和钻孔灌注桩施工遇到管线围合的难题,针对管线密集和埋深较大的情况下的施工工艺仍需进一步研究。 Research purposes: Application of connective pile can solve the difficult problem in exterior - protected construction for underground pipeline and box culvert, ensure the continuity of exterior - protected construction, and avoid the appearance of construction accident caused by seepage.Research methods: Based on the past experiences, the investigation on geological conditions of the site and the improvement of mechanic equipment, the studies are done on the construction method and the measures for ensuring the construction quality. The practice shows the design and construction of connective pile are successful. The new research direction is put forward to extend the application scope.Research results :After excavation, the deformation of foundation pit and the error of pipeline are in the permission range only with two leakages.Research conclusions:This construction technique can solve the difficult problem in underground continuous wall and bored pile constructions in which there are many pipelines, but the deep research should be done on construction technique for the condition of so many deep - buried pipelines.
