摘要
微生物污染是造成粮食污染、变质的重要因素之一,该文叙述了粮食微生物的种类、粮食微生物对粮食品质的影响以及对贮粮微生物的控制措施。
Microbial contamination was one of the most important contaminations in the stored grain. The kinds of microorganisms in the stored grain and their effects on grain quality were summarized in this paper. Meanwhile, preventive measures of stored grain microbe were reviewed.
