摘要
综述了镁合金化学镀Ni-P的研究进展情况;介绍了化学镀Ni-P二元镀层、三元镀层、多元镀层及纳米复合镀层等;分析对比了几种镀层的优缺点及适用范围;展望了镁合金化学镀今后的发展趋势。
The progress of the research on electroless Ni-P plating for magnesium alloys is overviewed and the binary, ternary and multicomponent coatings as well as nanometer granule composite coating, etc. of electroless Ni-P plating are presented. The advantages and disadvantages and application scope of several coatings of this type are analysized and compared. The prospect of the electroless plating for magnesium alloys is also discussed.
