对中国国家质量监督检验检疫总局和俄罗斯联邦工业能源部共同主办的"中俄工业产品技术法规标准计量与合格评定合作论坛"的有关交流情况作了简要介绍。重点介绍了中国石油关注的"国家计量监督(检查)测量统一化的组织保障"专题论坛中俄罗斯方面的交流报告内容,并结合中国石油目前的发展,提出了几点体会和建议。

After presenting communicative conditions at ＂China-Russia Cooperative Forum on the Standard Measurement and Qualification Assessment of Industrial Product Technology Rules＂, which was held cooperatively by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China and Industrial Energy Resource of Russian Unions, the paper emphasizes an introduction to the report content given by Russia at the forum on the organizational guarantee of the unification of metering supervision and measurement, which Chinese petroleum field is concerned with. At last, some understandings and suggestions are offered according to the current development of Chinese petroleum field.
