深化石油施工企业用户满意工程途径探讨

摘要 从石油施工企业竞争激烈的油田市场现状出发,根据石油系统普遍采用的"用户满意度调查表"法和"综合分析"法,论述了当前石油施工企业开展用户满意工程的现状,并根据存在的具体问题提出了详细的解决办法,以不断提高活动质量;另外,从深化质量管理体系运行质量、推广应用先进的质量管理方法和技术以及深化质量管理部门职能等四个方面,就进一步深化石油施工企业用户满意工程的途径进行了详细的论述。 According to the competitive oilfield market situation of petroleum construction enterprises, and two methods of "investigation of user satisfaction degree" and "comprehensive analysis", the explanation aims at the present situation of developing user satisfaction projects in petroleum enterprises. Then some detailed solutions to the problems are presented in order to improve the quality of activities. In addition, approaches of strengthening the user satisfactory engineering in petroleum enterprises are discussed in detail from four aspects including improving operating quality of quality management system, popularizing and applying advanced methods and technology of quality management and enhancing the function of quality management organizations.
