摘要
基于对建筑业科技创新特点的认识,以及企业经营与发展的需要,提出了技术中心的基本功能定位,建立了技术中心的组织结构,确定了基本运作模式,使技术中心真正成为企业科技创新的主力军。
Based on the understanding of construction industry＇s technology innovation, and the demands of enterprise operation and development, the author introduces basic functions of the enterprise technical centers, the organization structure of technical centers, and the basic operation mode, which make technical center the main force for science and technology innovation of enterprise.
