非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病危险因素的研究

Study on Multiple Risk Factors of Non insulin dependent Diabetes Mellitus

在沈阳市九家医院选择了６７例符合诊断标准的Ⅱ型糖尿病病人，并在同一医院１∶１选择性别相同，年龄在±３岁的非糖尿病病人作为对照，经条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ分析，结果表明：糖尿病组在家族史、肥胖、嗜甜食等１４个因素明显高于对照组，提示这些因素在糖尿病的发生中可能起重要作用。

risk factors of diabetes were observed in 67 pairs of cases non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and normal by 1∶1 matching case control sample.24 risk factors were entered conditional logistic regression.After adjustment,14 risk factors were found significance between NIDDM and normal controls.The family history and other 5 factors were great regression relation in the NIDDM group.The obesity (OR=3 20) and sweet intake (OR=9 32)were significance relative with NIDDM.
