摘要
提出了新型钢桥面铺装材料与结构设计方案,即利用高强次轻混凝土作为钢桥面铺装下层,通过焊接剪力件、绑扎钢筋网等手段,提高铺装层与钢桥面板协同一致变形能力;同时优化高强次轻混凝土配合比,采用纤维和聚合物增韧增强,改善变形能力和耐久性,综合提高了钢桥面铺装的使用寿命。
Structure design scheme and the new steel deck pavement materials are brought forward. The scheme is that using high strength semi-lightweight concrete as the lower floor of the steel bridge deck pavement, by welding shear connectors and binding reinforcement mesh to improve the consistent distortion capability between pavement and steel deck. By optimizing the mix ratio of high strength semi-lightweight concrete, using fiber and polymers to improve toughness and strength, the distortion capability and durability of concrete are improved. These measures improve the using life of steel deck pavement.
