摘要 选取了能全面表征灌浆料质量的性能参数、有效的试验方法和合适的性能指标,选取了合适的灌浆料专用复合外加剂和水泥,经过试验对比,确定了搅拌方式、搅拌速度、搅拌时间等工艺参数,确定了水灰比。研制出了具有低水灰比、良好可泵性、高体积稳定性、零泌水、高抗氯离子渗透性等优良性能的灌浆料;分析了外加剂各组分改善灌浆料性能的作用机理及搅拌工艺、水灰比对灌浆料性能的影响。 By selecting performance parameters which can express qualities of grouts, effective testing methods and proper performance indexes, technics parameters including mixing method, mixing speed and mixing time are selected according to experiments based on proper material including cement and special composite admixture for grouts. The mixture of high performance grouts is given. High performance grouts with low watercement ratio, excellent pumpablity, high volume stability, zero bleeding, good permeability to resist chloride ion penetration are developed. The mechanism of admixture in grouts is discussed, and the influence of watercement ratio and mixing crafts to the grouts performance are analyzed.
