Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心理质量研究

Psychological Quality of Diabetes Patients(Type Ⅱ)

采用ＳＣＬ－９０量表对１１２例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的心理质量进行测评。结果显示：与成人常模相比，Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心理质量普遍较差，尤其在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑和敌对等方面较为突出。在所有影响因素中，健康态度对心理质量作用最大。研究结果表明：应用系列有效的措施如开展糖尿病教育、心理调节以及完善医疗保健制度，可以改善患者心理质量，提高生存质量。

patients of Diabetes(type Ⅱ) were evaluated on psychological quality by SCL 90.The results indicated that the total quality of the patients were worse than that of normal adult,especially on somatization,obsessive compulsive,depress,anxiety and hostility.Compared with the other factors,the effect of health attitude was more significantly on psychological quality.So that we should consider developing health education,building psychoanalysis and completing medical health administration to improve psychological quality of the patients.
