摘要
目的:探讨体育教学中培养学生体育兴趣对大学生学习效果的影响,为高校体育课的教学提供科学依据。方法:随机抽取399名根据个人兴趣爱好参加不同选项体育课教学前后大学生的身体素质成绩进行统计分析。结果:大学生根据个人兴趣爱好参加不同选项体育课教学后,学生身体素质平均优于教学前,部分指标差异有显著性或非常显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:大学生根据个人兴趣爱好参加不同选项体育课教学能提高教学效果。
Objective: To explore the impact of student's interest in sports on teaching effect in physical education and provide proposals for physical education in colleges. Methods: 399 students were randomly selected and assigned with different sports according to their personal interest and hobbies. Their physical performance was analyzed before and after the activities. Results: The physical fitness of most students who were assigned with different sports according to their personal interest and hobbies was better. The difference of some indicators was significant or very significant (P〈0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion: Teaching quality was improved when students took part in different sports according to their personal interest and hobbies.
