关于目标管理增量效益的研究

管理的目的是为了提高工作效率，增加管理效益。而管理效益与实际效益是混在一起的，怎样从实际效益中把管理效益分离出来是一大难题。本文从目标管理的实际效益出发，研究了目标管理增量效益的计算方法，经过计算，提出了目标管理科技服务增量的结果。

The aim of management is to promote work efficiency and increase management effect. However, management effect and real effect are mixed, and it is difficult to separate. Researches referring to this area are few. This paper analyzes the calculation method according to the real effect of aim management, and then presents the result of technology service increment of aim management.
