摘要 为了科学地指导地区电网建设规划,开发了基于灰色关联理论、模糊聚类原理及层次分析法的地区电网建设规模评估系统。系统以Visual Studio.NET作为开发工具,利用VB.NET开发前台界面,采用VC++.NET开发后台算法,数据库服务器选用SQL Server开发工具,并运用了模块化软件设计思想,具有操作简便、运行可靠、扩展性强、升级维护方便等特点。该系统主要有评估指标统计数据管理、指标关联分析、地区聚类分析、电网建设规模综合评估等功能。使用该系统对某省14个地区电网规模进行评估,评估结果科学合理,为电网规划管理部门提供了决策参考依据,对指导电网建设资金的部署具有实际工程意义。 In order to guide the planning of distribution network and its investment, a system of distribution network size evaluation, which is based on grey theory, fuzzy clustering theory and analytic hierarchy process, is developed. The system is developed under Visual Studio. NET environment, in which VB. NET is adopted to develop visual interfaces, VC + + . NET is used to implement background algorithms and SQL server is utilized as background database server. The software can accomplish 4 tasks respectively that are pre-processing original data, grey relational analysis, district classification, size evaluation of the distribution network and so on. Field operation proves that this system has some excellent performances such as integrate functions, novel design, convenient operation, high reliability and so on. The practical case shows that this software is useful in evaluating distribution network size and its investment.
