摘要 冶金企业的用电设备中含有大量的非线性负荷,这些设备具有容量大、负荷冲击大、谐波问题严重等特点,所带来的谐波污染已严重影响到系统的安全稳定运行和用户用电设备的正常工作。因此,需对这些负荷进行无功补偿和谐波治理。对冶金类负荷中的电弧炉、中频炉和轧机这三种影响电能质量较为突出的负荷进行了分析,并对这三种负荷各自产生的谐波特点及其谐波电流含有率进行分析、归纳与总结,得出谐波电流含有率的确定可为谐波治理工作提供依据和计算基础。此外,对各种冶金设备的不同实际应用情况进行了分析,提出了相应的谐波滤波及无功功率补偿的方法。 Nonlinear loads have been applied widely in the metallurgical factory facilities. Because of the specialties of these equipments, such as large capability, working under heavy load jump and harmonic problems seriously, the safety of power system and the normal operation of devices have been threatened by the harmonic pollution. Therefore the reactive-load compensation and the harmonic restrain already have become problems that should be solved. Electric arc furnace, medium-frequency induction furnace and rolling mill which are the three primary facilities influence the power quality in metallurgical factory are discussed. Characteristic and percentage of the three representative load's harmonic currents has been analyzed, concluded and summarized. Confirming the percentage of the harmonic currents can provide basis and calculation foundation for harmonic suppression. In addition, the solutions to increase power factor and reduce harmonics in different application of these metallurgical devices have also been suggested.
