摘要
根据硅太阳能电池的物理特性,分析了模拟器的数学模型,研制了基于英飞凌XC164的数字式光伏阵列模拟器。该模拟器选择正激变换器作为主电路拓扑,英飞凌公司的XC164单片机作为控制器,采用了寻找负载工作点的优化算法。试验表明,该模拟器能够较为精确地模拟出在各种环境条件下,光伏阵列的U-I输出曲线,并且具有良好的动态响应能力。
The mathematics model of photovoltaic array simulator was analyzed, according to the physical characteristic of the photovoltaic cell. On this foundation, the digital photovoltaic array simulator based on Infineon XC164 has been developed. The forward convertor has been chosen as the topology of the main circuit, infineon XC164 as the control unit. The arithmetic to confirm the work points has also been researched in this paper. The experimental result indicates that this simulator can simulate the U - I output curves of the Photovoltaic Array quite accurately under various environmental conditions and the dynamic transformation when the load is changed.
