High-Performance PFC Switching Converters Based on One-Cycle Control Technology and Floating-Charge Technology

摘要 针对双级有源功率因数校正(PFC)技术的改进措施加以分析和论述,阐述了该功率因数校正交流器存在的一些不足之处,研究了一类改进型双级有源功率因数校正开关变流器拓扑,优化改进的有源功率因数校正AC/DC变流器结合单周控制技术控制方法的原理,以及浮充技术。改进的单周控制有源PFC变流器具有结构简单、控制精度高、响应速度快,特别是具有控制性能对系统和电源参数变化不敏感等优点。文中还阐述了变流器的工作机理、控制方法及其试验分析。 The topology of single-phase CCM and DCM Boostpower factor correction (PFC) switching converter is analyzed and discussed. Specific to disadvantages of high switching pressure and output voltage of single-phase CCM Boost power factor correction (PFC) converter, this paper presents CCM Boost PFC converter with active floating charge landing. This type of one-cycle control PFC converter has such advantages as simple structure, high control precision, quick response time, and especially, non-sensitivity of its control perforamce to changes of system and power supply parameters. The proposed AC/DC switching converter significantly helps improve the converter efficiency and its power factor value.
