高压静止无功补偿系统检测电源的设计

摘要 为解决向高压静止无功补偿系统检测装置可靠、安全供电问题,设计了一种基于PWM控制的电流源/电压源的电路。此电路采用功率三极管作为分流器将由补偿系统的长脉冲触发装置形成的高频电流源转换成热耗小、输出电压稳定的直流电压源。对电路的工作原理、关键技术进行了分析,同时采用Matlab软件对电路模型进行了仿真,并对搭建的试验电路进行验证,仿真及试验结果均表明该电路满足设计要求。证明该电源特别适合作为高压静止无功补偿系统检测装置的直流供电电源。 For solving the difficulty that provides the reliable and safety power for measure system of SVC, a current/voltage supply is presented based on the technology of PWM. It adopts GTR as the shunt. It can convert the current supply that is generated by trigger of thyristor to a voltage supply with low heat rate and stable output voltage. The operating principle of the circuit and the pivotal technology are analyzed, and the simulating result by Matlab and the experience are both approved that this power supply is especially adapted to be used as the power supply Sot measure system of SVC.
