摘要
针对宜万铁路某隧道施工队采取的普通低压供电不能满足较长隧道喷砼机工作的情况,提出几种改进措施,并着重阐述采用感应调压器调整现场电压和Y-Δ减压起动双重方法,通过S7—200CPU222型PLC实现长隧道喷砼机供电系统的全自动控制,以满足安全生产的需要。
Common low-voltage power supply scheme applied by Yichang-Wanzhou railway tunnel construction team can not apply to relatively long tunnel concrete-jetting machine. Several evolutionary measures are proposed. The method of step-down startup along with adjusting field voltage by induction regulator is elaborated. To meet the needs of production safety, full-auto- matic control of tunnel concrete-jetting machine power supply system is realized by using S7-200CPU222 PLC.
