中国投资银行开展并购业务存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and countermeasures to the M＆A business of investment bank in China

目前中国投资银行并购业务发展迟缓，本文通过与国外发达国家尤其是美国的投资银行并购业务相比较，提出中国所存在的问题，在此基础上从三个角度分析原因，进而提出发展对策。

The M＆A business of Chinese investment bank is developing slowly at present, through comparisons of the M＆A business in the developed countries, especially the United States, it is concluded that there are many problems, this paper analyzes the reasons from three points of view and get the countermeasures.
