α-TCP/TTCP复合骨水泥修复根尖周骨缺损的临床应用研究

摘要 目的:观察α-TCP(磷酸三钙)/TTCP(磷酸四钙)复合骨水泥作为骨修复材料治疗根尖周病骨缺损的临床疗效及骨组织修复情况。方法:对66例(89个牙)根尖周病变经常规牙根管预备后,用α-TCP/TTCP复合骨水泥+碘仿调拌成糊状进行根管充填,完成根管治疗后,通过外科手术,清除根尖周病变组织,将骨水泥植入骨缺损区,术后根据X线片和临床观察,评价其治疗效果和骨组织修复情况。结果:66例用复合骨水泥充填根尖周骨缺损病例中,65例治愈,有效率98.48%。术后半年的X线片显示根尖周骨缺损区有新骨形成,部分骨水泥降解,1年后骨水泥降解,并逐渐被新生骨取代,达到骨性愈合。结论:用α-TCP/TTCP生物骨水泥修复根尖周骨缺损具有良好的效果。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and the repair osseous of α-tricalcium phosphate (α-TCP) / teracalcium phosphate (TTCP) cement on periapical diseases treated with periapical osseous defects.Method: The convention root canals of 66 cases(all 89)of periapical diseases with the mixture of α-TCP /TTCP and iodoform .After surgical removal the periapical pathological tissue, α-TCP/TTCP Cement was implanted in the osseous defect. The patients were observed after treatment according to the X-ray and the clinical symptom.Result: The treatment was effective in 65 cases (98.48%) .At 6 months after therapy, the X-ray displayed that there were more new osseous formations on the periapical osseous defects and degradation of partially osseou cements. After 1 year, the osseou cement were bsorbed gradually and replaced completely by osseou.Conclusion: mixing α-tricalcium (α-TCP) / teracalcium phosphate (TTCP) has a good clinical effect in repairing the periapical osseous defects.
