振源胶囊对犬急性心肌梗死的保护作用

Protective effects of Zhenyuan capsule on acute myocardial infarction in dogs

目的观察振源胶囊对犬急性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法采用犬结扎冠状动脉左前降支6h造成急性心肌梗死模型,设以下6组:假手术组,梗死模型组,振源胶囊低、中、高剂量组及复方丹参片组。十二指肠给药,测定犬24个点心外膜心电图,计算心肌梗死面积(MIS)测定血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果振源胶囊能明显降低实验性心肌梗死犬的心肌缺血程度(∑-ST)和缺血范围(∑-ST),缩小MIS,降低血清CPK、LDH及AST活性,也能明显降低血清LPO含量,提高SOD及GSH-Px活性。结论振源胶囊对犬实验性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用,可能与其提高内源性抗氧化酶活性,减轻氧自由基的损伤有关。

AIM To observe the protective effects of Zhenyuan capsule（ZYC）on acute myocardial infarction in dogs.METHODS The model of acute myocardial infarction was produced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery for 6 h in dogs.Six groups were setting：the sham;the model;the low dosage of ZYC;the middle dosage of ZYC;the high dosage of ZYC ;compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablet.The epicardial-electrocardiogram,myocardial infarct size （MIS）,the activities of creatine phosphokinase （CPK）,aspartate aminotransferase （AST）,lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）and glutathione peroxidase（GSH-Px）and the contents of lipid peroxidation（LPO）in serum were determined.RESULTS The myocardial ischemic cxtent,myocardial ischemic area and MIS were significantly reduced,the activitities of CPK,AST,LDH and the contents of LPO in serum weredeclinced,while the activities of SOD, GSH-Px in serum were increased markedly.CONCLUSION The results suggest that ZYC had protective effects on experimental myocardial ischenia in dogs,which may be related to increasing the activity of antioxidiase,and eliminating the free radicals.
