补肾法治疗男性骨质疏松症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Principle of Bushen on Male Osteoporotic Patients

为观察补肾法对男性骨质疏松症的防治作用，43例男性骨质疏松患者分成中药组和对照组，分别给服密骨片和α—D3胶囊，共服6个月。治疗前后分别检测患者前臂骨密度，及血钙、血磷、尿钙／肌酸、尿羟脯氨酸／肌研和碱性磷酸酶，并观察患者临床症状及其改善。结果表明，补肾中药密骨片能维持患者骨密度和升高其碱性磷酸酶，同时降低尿羟脑氨酸／肌酸；而对照组患者仅有碱性磷酸酶升高，骨密度不变，两组患者临床症状均明显改善。提示补肾法能抑制男性骨质疏松患者骨吸收，增强其骨形成，从而维持骨量，改善临床症状。

In order to study the effects of hte principle of Bushen on male Osteoporosis, 43 male osteoporotic patients were divided Group TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) who treated with MiGuPian and Group control who treated with capsular α-D3 All the patients had been treated for six months continually. Besides clinical symptom, bone mineral density (BMD) and alkalinephosphatase (ALP) were improved in both group TCM and control. ALP increased while Hop/Crdecreased in Group TCM and only ALP increased in Group control. BMD of the two group were unchange. The results confirmed that principle of Bushen can provent bone resorption and fortify bone formation in male osteoprotic patients,which lead to sustain BMD and improve clinical symptoms.
