Y染色体STR基因座的法医学应用现状 被引量:10

摘要 Y染色体是男性特有的染色体,在减数分裂过程中不发生交换和重组,呈单倍型父系遗传。Y染色体STR基因座具有恒定重复序列和可变重复序列,结构复杂,是法医学理想的遗传标记。基因座的命名根据国际法医遗传学会(ISFG)的指导原则,以"DYS***"命名基因座,以核心序列重复数命名等位基因,GD值的统计方法也不同于常染色体。Y染色体STR基因座以其特有的优点,在个体识别、亲权鉴定、混合斑男性成分检验和父系家族系谱的构建等方面具有重要的作用,已成为目前法医学检验的主要遗传标记之一。
