山区县新农村建设的难点和对策——以退耕还林示范县吴起县为例

On Difficulties and Countermeasures for Constructing New Socialist Countryside in Mountainous Counties——A Case Study of Wuqi County as an Example for Converting Farmland into Woodland

以全国退耕还林示范县陕西省吴起县为例,在全面系统调查分析的基础上,总结了吴起县新农村建设的难点,主要表现为资金、技术缺乏,农民收入不高,基础设施差,有些乡风民俗带有消极落后倾向等。对此,提出了提高农业综合生产力,增加农民收入,改变农村不良风气,加强民主政治建设等相应对策。

The paper takes the demonstration county for constructing new socialist countryside in Wuqi County as an example. It does a comprehensively systematic analysis on the difficulties in the building of Wuqi County. There are existing problems in capital, technology, farmers＇ income, infrastructure, and so on. Propose to improve the comprehensive agricultural productiveness, increase farmers＇ income, change unhealthy customs and strengthen domestic political construction, etc.
