摘要
从北京市山区生态林补偿政策实施现状出发,在对涉及生态林补偿政策的10个区（县）进行实地调研的基础上,分析了生态林补偿政策的实施成效,同时重点分析了北京市山区生态林补偿政策实施中存在的问题,提出要从健全生态林补偿管理机制、提高生态林管护人员补偿标准等方面进一步完善北京市山区生态林补偿政策。
The policy of ecological forest compensation was analyzed in this paper, which started with the present circumstances, based on a survey on the 10 mountainous areas, and emphasized the existing problems in the compensation policy of the forest ecosystem in Beijing mountainous area. Finally, the suggestions were proposed to perfect the policy, such as perfect the ecological forest comprehension mechanism and increase the standard of forester for ecological protection, etc.
