The paper introduces the core perspective of modern western economic cooperation theory, clarifying the content and the necessity of economic cooperation, analyses that why economic cooperation can not become a social organizational form. To evaluate western cooperation on economic theory, pointing out its contributions to economics and the limitations of existence. Cooperation at the same time drawing on western economic theories on China＇s economic development cooperation in a number of issues were discussed.
