摘要
通过对公立医院人力资源规划工作必要性的阐述,分析现阶段我国公立医院人力资源规划工作的目标定位,阐明不同管理形态的医院人力资源现状特点及其规划重点,论述该工作可能遇到的主要问题和对策。
At first, the author explained the necessity of human resource planning in public hospital. Then, the author analyzed the present objective of human resource planning in public hospital and the current characteristics and emphasis of human resource in hospitals managed by different idea. Finally, the author made a discussion on the main problems and countermeasures during the planning of human resource in public hospital.
